Bokep.PORN (the “Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”, 17 U.S.C. § 512). This page explains how to report allegedly infringing content and how to submit a counter-notification.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content available on or through the Site infringes a copyright that you own or control, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent identified below. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

2. Requirements of a Valid Notice

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must be a written communication and must include substantially the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) where the material is located on the Site so that we can locate it;
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Please send DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent. To help us process your request quickly, include the exact URL(s) of the content at issue.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled following a notice and you believe in good faith that it was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in the district of your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction where the Site’s operator is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may share it with the original complainant and, unless we receive notice that legal action has been filed to restrain the infringement, we may restore the removed material after no fewer than ten (10) and no more than fourteen (14) business days.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Warning on Misrepresentation

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification — may be subject to liability, including damages and legal fees. Please confirm that you own, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of, the copyright before submitting a notice.

7. Processing & Response

We aim to review and act on properly submitted notices within a reasonable timeframe. We may forward your notice (including your contact information) to the user who posted the affected material. We are not responsible for the content of third-party notices and reserve the right to request additional information to verify a claim before taking action.
